Unethical Casino!

You probably found this site by seeing one of our mobile billboards, reading our ad in the newspaper, or hearing our radio ad. I personally appreciate your stopping by. Let me explain what happened, and what I am doing about it.
I was a loyal patron of this business for the past couple of years, at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I maintained their top eclipse card status. At the beginning of the year, the Casino told me that there was going to be a drawing. I inquired into the rules of the drawing, and was told there was no limit to the amount of times you could win.
With this information, I played to earn tickets at a cost of over $70,000. I was then told only a few days before the drawing that I could only win once. I complained to those in charge, asking for some concessions and told them that I had felt tricked by this, and that it certainly was not right to perform a bait and switch. I then decided that my best course of action would be to transfer tickets to others so that I could effectually win the drawing more than once.
Shortly after doing this, I was told that I was permanently banned from the property. This was before the February 27th drawing date. So, in short, I spent a considerable amount to obtain tickets, and then was barred from even winning the drawing at all!
Does this seem right to you???
So, in addition to any potential legal actions, I am spreading awareness. Not only was the Casino's treatment of me grossly unethical, but their regulation may be biased. The commission that would hear the complaint is appointed by the tribe itself and in comprised of members of the tribe, who would almost certainly put the agenda of the tribe over fairness to the individual.
Perhaps it is time to question weather gambling at Tachi Palace should be allowed at all. The tribe has a compact with law enforcement to enforce laws on the reservation ONLY AT THEIR REQUEST. This means, if you commit a crime, you will be cited or taken to jail. But if the tribe commits an offence against you, their is no recourse available to you. If you call law enforcement, they will explain they cannot help out on tribal lands. Does this seem like it should be legal in America? It is, and it's time to raise awareness of instances where people are harmed by Tachi Palace, but have no recourse. You can't even sue them civilly!
And do you think the games at Tachi Palace are fair? lf you play at their casino regularly, do you know a single person up for the year who also gambling there regularly? I mean anyone? So you have to ask yourself, what chance do you have at winning? It's not only a bad bet, it's a horrific one designed to rob you of your time and money. You should be enjoying time with your family and friends, enjoying hobbies, doing anything but wasting away at Tachi Palace! If you really like video games, there are all kinds of great games and game systems available, and it will cost you a lot less than playing games at Tachi Palace that are designed to separate you from your money. And if you really like bingo, play with friends or at a local Church. At least at then your money is going to the needs of the church, and not the greed of the tribe!
Shame on Tachi Palace!!!
